Dave came out today to provide a quote for some tree work, and I was genuinely impressed. He was very informative, patient, and easy to talk to. He took the time to answer all of my questions in a detailed and thorough way, and I never felt rushed or pressured at any point.
What really stood out to me was how much he seemed to care about the health and integrity of the tree, not just getting the job done. He made sure my needs were addressed while also being mindful of what was best for the tree, which I really appreciated.
Even though this was just for a quote and I haven’t made a final decision yet, the level of service was excellent. On top of that, the pricing was surprisingly reasonable and very affordable.

Hayden was great!! On time, answered all my questions, asked me the right questions to insure the job could be done as I wanted and when. Also informed me of finance options available through Bratt. Prices are very reasonable. Im excited to have Hayden and Bratt take care of my tree removal and trimming this year and in the future

This visit was part 3, which was applying slow growth stuff to my tree so that my river birch won't need pruning as often. I got a text saying the technician would be here in 12 minutes. He checked in with me at the front door, asked if I had any questions, and then went to work applying the stuff. Visit took about 30 - 45 mins. Happy customer and happy tree.
